🔁 REFUND, RETURN & CANCELLATION POLICY

At Oops Apparel, we are committed to providing high-quality products and a smooth shopping experience. Please read our policy carefully to understand how cancellations, returns, and refunds are handled.
1. ORDER CANCELLATION
Before Shipment
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped by contacting us at support@oopsapparel.in as soon as possible.
If the order is successfully cancelled, a full refund will be initiated.
After Shipment
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may request a return after delivery as per our return policy below.
2. RETURNS POLICY
We offer a 7-day return/exchange window from the date of delivery.
Eligible for Return/Exchange:
- Damaged or defective product
- Incorrect item received
- Size issues (exchange only, subject to availability)
Conditions:
- Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- All tags and packaging must be intact
- Request must be raised within 7 days of delivery
How to Request a Return:
Email us at support@oopsapparel.in with:
- Order ID
- Clear images/videos of the issue
- Brief description
Our team will review your request and guide you through the next steps.
3. RETURN PICKUP
- If the return is approved, we will arrange a pickup where available
- In some cases, you may be asked to ship the product to us
4. REFUNDS
- Refunds are processed after the product is received and inspected
- Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method
- Refunds may take 5–7 business days to reflect
Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
5. REPLACEMENT / EXCHANGE
In case of damaged, defective, or incorrect products, we may offer:
- Replacement of the same product (subject to availability), or
- Full refund if replacement is not available
6. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Used or worn products
- Items without original tags/packaging
- Products damaged due to misuse
- Items marked as Final Sale
7. RETURN SHIPPING COST
- If the issue is due to our mistake, return shipping will be covered by us
- In other approved cases, return shipping may be borne by the customer
